Christmas in Camelot by Brenda K Jernigan
Who wants some putrid level slapstick tomfoolery for Christmas?

Who wants some putrid level slapstick tomfoolery for Christmas?

The hero’s fine, but the women in this story… yikes.

Should have known better than reading something by this author when I’m feeling unwell.

The author doesn’t want to make things too hard for her characters, and ends up undermining her story.

As long as you look at it as a fun caper rather than strictly romance, it’s actually pretty good.

Eloisa James finally gets her revenge for all the mean things I’ve said about her in the past. Ouch!

The feels are well done, but the plot is the pits.

Read up on Medieval England 101, no, 1,001 first before you tackle this one.

Ooh, what an adorable Christmas romance story!

This is a solid book, but maybe a not so great one by the author’s own standards.
