I know, one needs to ride the bandwagon to keep making bread, but romantic suspense isn’t shaping up to be the author’s thing.
Same old stuff, same old killer.
The very solid emotional drama, humor, and family dynamics make it easy to overlook the abysmal suspense subplot.
The mix of romance and suspense is iffy, but there’s no denying that I’ve had fun.

It’s a bit too much of the same slapstick routine for my liking.
