The Warrior’s Damsel by Denise Hampton

I’m not sure whether this book is bad or good, to be honest. How vexing.

I want to hate this one, but I can’t. It’s too adorable!

I won’t call it a remarkable story, but it is interesting, so there’s that.

This one buckles under its determination to be funny and quirky.

More issues than tissues here, sadly.

This one is actually a pretty decent story. But the hero… ugh.

It is going so well until everyone decides to be stupid.

Not many heart-hitting moments here, just tropes rehashed all over.

God help me, if I read another Western with the heroine giving the injured hero some bedside TLC, I will cut a bitch.
