Western Christmas Proposals by Carla Kelly, Kelly Boyce, and Carol Arens
One five-oogie story, one four-oogie one, and one one-oogie dud walk into the bar one day…

One five-oogie story, one four-oogie one, and one one-oogie dud walk into the bar one day…

So sweet, yet so much feels.

I think it’s time the author and myself spend some time apart.

This one is a collection of shorter stories that resembled watered down versions of the author’s better books.

Oh dear, even this author is not immune to overusing too many clichés in a single story.

This one is uneven; it gets really good only in the late third or so of the book.

Is ir just me or this story is rather… impoverished for something by this author?

I like this one, but I think the sameness of the author’s formula is starting to get to me in a not-so-good way.

The baby is a lie.

By the gods, the author made me give her another five-oogie review. Ooh, how vexing!
