Return of the Wanderer by John Butterfield, David Honigmann, and Philip Parker
More random deaths, more unfair fights…

So, you’re off to kill the Minotaur.

Greek gods are crazy, and lucky you, you are their newest pincushion.

You crashed onto one of the most boring planets ever. Will you get out before you die of boredom?

You fall into the sea, and promptly get stuck in circular wandering.

The only terror you will find here is the boredom of going through the same pages again and again.

Finally! A chance to really escape this painfully circular series… or is it?

There is no Egyptian stereotype left uncovered in this by-the-number adventure. Oh look, a terrorist! Yawn.

You can be either the Monster and the Baron. But the random maze-like designs aren’t much fun.

This is easily one of the most unfair gamebooks in the entire series, which is saying a lot.
