Desperate Deceptions by Linda Hudson-Smith

While it won’t be winning any awards for being groundbreaking, this one definitely wins my heart!

The heroine makes a pretty doormat in the royal palace.

More issues than tissues here, sadly.

There is a fun premise here, but the story just goes in circles.

This one portrays women so horrifically that I can only wonder what kind of issues the author has with regards to her own sex.

This is a familiar but still heartwarming small town romance.

Not many heart-hitting moments here, just tropes rehashed all over.

I think every horrid trope and cliché is present here.

Remember, innocence is precious and children are the windows of the soul!!!
