The creepy tension and atmosphere are all fantastic. The romance gets in the way, though.

The author revives her excellent Extrasensory Agents series with another top-notch romantic chiller-thriller. I’m slayed, haw haw.

I really can’t look away. It’s almost frightening how well the author’s brand of suspense works with me.
