Kill Team Kill has a simple premise: a team of US Special Forces soldiers discover that their platoon mates have been brutally dismembered by a genetically engineered cyborg grizzly called Project Barghest. It’s bullets and bombs against bear, so who will come out on top?

I suppose one can view this as a spiritual successor to The Secret War, since it’s all about people getting gruesomely murdered in the best of gory ways, but I feel that this one is more like The Predator of the Predator movies.

In other words, it can’t help itself: this episode has to have everyone quipping and acting quirky to the point that it completely ruins any semblance of tension that could have been present.

Hell, the opening shot of this episode is one of these clowns pissing towards the camera for a few minutes, flaccid pizzle in plain sight.

So yes, it’s that kind of episode, one with a fun plot ruined by a script that doesn’t know when to give it a rest.
