Counterfeit spouse stories can’t get any sweeter than this.

Counterfeit spouse stories can’t get any sweeter than this.

Marvel as the heroine gets into trouble again and again and again and again and again and…

The hero is a charmer in a sea of meh.

So much summertime magic… somewhere else.

This is… ugh. Just ugh to the most.

The author looks like she means business – she wants to be the queen of swashbuckling romances.

The suspense saves this one, but even then, it’s a close one. The main characters whine and mope so much, they are grating to follow.

The heroine is great, but the hero is an ass. They end up canceling one another to give a meh story.

This traditional Regency author’s first mainstream historical romance is a pretty good hit out of the gates.

This is an absolute treat. It’s romantic, sweet, and intense with a couple that works in every way.
