I Hope You Dance by Lee Ann Womack
Hoping for dancing, getting lulled into a bored stupor instead.

Hoping for dancing, getting lulled into a bored stupor instead.

Strange, the self-absorbed prat sounds… sad, at times. Trouble in paradise?

Same old, more old.

Mutilating a book is never more fun.

Even with a unique plot and setting, the author can still make the whole thing feel old and familiar. Amazing.

Someone needs to gag the heroine ASAP. May as well tie her up and throw her out the window while we’re at it.

The heroine’s irrational antics prevent this one from being anything more than another forgettable read.

The familiar tropes make this a not-so-magical voyage.

Is this a montage or a movie? It doesn’t seem to know either.

The Corrs go pop and they, er, pop pretty good. Not as boring as before, at least.
