Waste Not, Haunt Not is one of the better episodes in this season so far, mostly because the pacing is fine and there is a noticeable lack of filler scenes that consist of ear drum-damaging high-pitched screaming and annoying dumb jump scares.

The plot, though… well, two kids Richard and Steven somehow manage to create a big pot of biohazardous goo in their amateur hour experiments in a shack. If they play with these things often, it does explain why they both look like they were drawn by artists that take inspiration from inbred aliens.

At any rate, they decide that, instead of lugging the goo to the proper disposal area across the town, they will just discard the goo nearby. What can go wrong?

How about these two being haunted by a talking green goo blob?

This episode will likely not appeal to anyone over the age of ten, but at least it feels like a tightly paced episode from start to finish. Yes, the premise is dumb and, actually, everything about it is dumb, but at least it doesn’t feel like scenes of random brats screaming stitched together nilly willy.

Thus, anyone that happen to watch this show by chance won’t suffer from side effects. Well, not as many as if they had watched the other episodes of this show anyway.
