Revenge Is the Nuts is an absurd tale of what seems like a labyrinthine, booby-trapped home for the blind, which is actually the playground for sadistic Arnie Grunwald to carry out his reign of terror over the blind residents. I suppose it is somehow possible to create such a stupid thing and have no one else know of it, snort. Arnie also bullies his brother Benny mercilessly.

Things come to a head when a new resident, Sheila, becomes the new “inmate” and Arnie is immediately taken with her. With him being what he is, he tells her that he’d be gentler to the other “inmates” if she would of course sleep with him. Meanwhile, Benny seems to be attracted to her too. Will she be able to turn him against Arnie?

Well, this is a straightforward episode with no twist or turn – it’s easy to see what will happen as the episode progresses. Aside from the complete lack of suspense, there is also that absurd premise, plenty of over the top hammy acting, and head-scratching portrayal of blind people as mostly helpless lot. Much of the episode is composed of filler scenes of people stumbling in the dark, and the whole thing is as fun as chewing paint chips. I suppose this episode will do if one is in a bad mood and wants to see assholes get their just desserts, but that’s about it. A complete waste of time.
