A Scandalous Lady by Rachelle Morgan
The idiot heroine will sabotage herself to any extent to make sure this story can induce a sugar shock.

Brain overboard! Brain overboard!
The author has a story that she wants to tell, but a lot seems to have become garbled up during the execution.
Unlike the movie of the same name, this one isn’t some weepy tearjerker. Hmm, maybe time travel is not the author’s strongest suit.
Both the hero and the heroine are in a race to see who has the most issues.
Getting back with an ex, who doesn’t change a bit, because of the sex – yes, that will work, absolutely.
The author goes from manipulative to self parody. It’s quite funny.
If this hero had been a woman, he’d be killed off quickly. But he’s a man, so yes baby, we MUST love this asshole.
Ugh, so many subplots for so much space.
A great idea, horrible execution.
