Charming Blue by Kristine Grayson
The premise is very interesting, but the hero is oddly out of place.

The author is so determined to rant and rave like a loony about oppression on womankind that she loses all grip on her story.
Flat characters, tedious exposition, tepid humor… have we lost all control of the situation?
Just say no.
The midget gets his story! Oh wait, he’s actually tall and gorgeous. What, you expect anything different?
Sagging middle, weak romance… the author’s sins are catching up with her.
If you don’t mind the crappy romance, this one is a fun fantasy ride.
