What I Did for a Duke by Julie Anne Long
This is an almost fabulous story that focuses beautifully on emotions.

This is an almost fabulous story that focuses beautifully on emotions.

The hero has first world problems, and that’s his excuse to act like a mean, cruel jackass. What a charmer.

Three hot authors… one lukewarm book.

Bummer, this one is bogged down by uninteresting cast in plodding relationships.

Is ir just me or this story is rather… impoverished for something by this author?

I’d think the author would be excellent in serving historical fiction. Guess not.

This one has all of the author’s bad habits and so little of the good ones. Give this one a pass.

Why do these silly girls keep falling for dumb brutes?

The hero is taken back by the heroine way too easily for the crap he pulled on her. Lucky for him that she’s not me, I suppose.

A well-written tale of the frustrations of having to read about a rather demented martyr heroine.
