Uncle Harry’s Horrible House of Horrors is about this super-annoying kid that can’t make up his mind about anything, running wild in a theme park and wanting to try out the most obnoxious and likely unsafe things.
Naturally, Jeremy’s long-suffering Uncle Harry, who has to run after Jeremy as the brat decides that he wants this, oh wait, he wants that instead, and then pay for the kid’s nonsense, is portrayed as the bad guy because he’s not into fun.
These two end up taking the House of Horrors ride, and in the end, Uncle Harry gets a personality transplant and now he will obey Jeremy and pay for whatever the kid wants, the end.
The whole thing sounds like a prepubescent fantasy come true, and I suppose that’s the whole point of this episode considering its target audience. Still, Jeremy sports an irritating personality and a very obnoxious voiceover, and I spend the entire episode itching to shove him off the ride at the highest point because I’m evil and petty that way.
All in all, an episode that is as fun as having an electric drill applied onto a sore tooth without any anesthesia.
