It’s almost impressive how easily the author makes her characters come off as smarmy and dim-witted.
We really need a fresh plot line or a fresh treatment of an old plot line. This one is just robotic and awkward.
The hero is OOOH SO DREAMY. The heroine OH SOD OFF, DUMB BROAD. Oh, I’m so conflicted.
This story is brought to you by the letters W, T, and H.
Come read about how spoiled, rich people grasp at straws to pretend that they have problems like the common people.
Sometimes, the author gets it right and the result is magical. Sometimes, she gives this instead.
The two main characters sure spend a long time mooning over one another when all I really want is for something to happen.
This one is going so, so good until the later parts, where author loses control of things and drops the ball.
A romance novel… all about the romance? With no other distraction? Yes, it’s still a thing, thank goodness!
